You can’t fix what you can’t see. The AI Visibility Audit shows you exactly where your business stands across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI — and the specific gaps keeping you out of the answer.
When an Australian buyer asks AI “who’s the best?” in your category, you’re either named or you’re invisible. Our audit tests the real prompts your buyers use, records who gets recommended, and turns that into a clear, prioritised action plan.

Entity & citation review
We assess how clearly AI engines understand your business and which trusted sources do (or don’t) reference you.

Audit FAQs
How is the audit delivered?
As a written report plus a 30-minute review call. You keep the report and the prioritised action plan whether or not you continue with us.
Do I need a big budget to benefit?
No. AI engines reward clarity and authority, not just spend, so small and medium Australian businesses often see fast, high-leverage wins.
What happens after the audit?
The natural next step is a monthly GEO package to act on the findings, but there is no obligation at all — the audit stands on its own and the report is yours either way.

How the audit actually works
An AI visibility audit is not a crawl of your website. It is a measurement of what AI engines say when a buyer asks about your category, so the method matters more than the tooling.
1. We build the prompt set with you
We start from the questions your buyers actually ask, not keyword volumes. That usually means a mix of category questions (“who are the best commercial fit-out firms in Melbourne”), comparison questions, problem-first questions, and questions naming you directly. You approve the set before we run it, because a prompt set that does not reflect real buying behaviour produces a tidy report about nothing.
2. We run it across every major engine
The same prompts are put to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Each engine retrieves and reasons differently, so a business can be well known to one and invisible to another. We record the full answer, not just whether you were mentioned.
3. We score recommendation share
For each prompt we record who was named, in what order, and how they were characterised. Aggregated across the set, that gives your recommendation share and your competitors’ — the single most useful number in the report, because it tells you how often you are in the conversation at all.
4. We trace the why
Where you are missing, we work backwards to the cause: whether the engines can identify your business as a distinct entity, whether independent sources corroborate what you claim about yourself, and whether your own pages answer the question in a form a model can retrieve and quote.
Why AI answers move around, and what that means for the report
AI answers are not stable the way a search ranking is. The same prompt can return different businesses on different days, and to different users, because responses are probabilistic, sometimes personalised, and affected by model updates and index refreshes outside anyone’s control.
That has two consequences we would rather state up front than have you discover later. First, we run prompts repeatedly rather than once, and report patterns and ranges rather than a single reading — a one-off snapshot is close to meaningless. Second, no provider, including us, can promise a specific position in an AI answer. Anyone who does is describing something they cannot control.
What the audit does not do
- It does not guarantee that you will be recommended. It tells you why you currently are or are not.
- It is not a technical SEO crawl. We will flag structural problems that block retrieval, but a broken-link and page-speed audit is a different exercise.
- It does not buy placement. Nothing in the audit involves paying an AI engine to name you.
- It does not change model behaviour. We change the evidence the models draw on.
What we need from you
- The three to five buyer questions you most want to be the answer to.
- Up to three competitors you want benchmarked.
- The locations and service areas that matter, described in full — a business serving regional New South Wales has a different visibility problem to one serving inner Sydney.
- Access to your website’s content, and any existing analytics you want us to read alongside the results.
Nothing else. The audit is deliberately low-effort on your side, because the work is in the testing and interpretation rather than in a discovery questionnaire.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits businesses with a real position in a category, where a buyer asking an AI for a recommendation is a plausible route to you: professional services, considered B2B purchases, specialist trades and suppliers, health and education providers.
It is a poor fit if you have no website or public footprint to work with, or if you are looking for a guarantee rather than a diagnosis. In that case the audit will tell you what you already suspect, and we would rather say so before you spend the money.
