What to include in your enquiry
None of this is mandatory, but an enquiry with these four things in it gets a useful reply instead of a request for more information.
- What you sell, in your customers' words. Not your positioning statement — the phrase a buyer would use.
- Two or three questions you want to be the answer to. For example, "who are the best commercial electricians in Newcastle". These become the basis of any measurement we do.
- One to three competitors. Whoever you lose work to. We benchmark against them rather than against a generic market.
- Where you actually operate. Stated specifically — a business serving regional Queensland has a different visibility problem to one serving inner Brisbane, and vague service areas are one of the most common reasons an AI engine fails to recommend a business.
When you will hear back
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time. We aim to reply to enquiries within one business day. Anything that arrives over a weekend or a public holiday is picked up the next business day.
The free ranking report is the exception — that is generated and emailed to you without waiting on us.
Who we work with
We work with businesses across Australia: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. Most of our work is with professional services firms, considered-purchase business-to-business sellers, specialist trades and suppliers, and providers in health and education.
We are a poor fit in three situations, and it saves everyone time to say so here. If you have no website or public footprint to work with, there is nothing yet for an AI engine to draw on. If you want a guarantee of a specific position in an AI answer, no provider can honestly give you one. And if you are looking for the cheapest possible monthly retainer, our published prices will not suit you.
Common questions before you get in touch
Can I buy a one-off piece of work rather than a monthly package?
Yes. The AI Visibility Audit is deliberately a one-off with no obligation attached. Ongoing optimisation is monthly because the corroboration and coverage work takes more than a month to show anything, but you are not required to move into it.
Do you work with agencies, or white-label?
Ask us. We would rather discuss the specific arrangement than publish a policy that does not fit your situation.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Our focus is Australian businesses and Australian buyer behaviour, and that focus is the reason we are useful. If you are outside Australia, say so in your enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right choice.
What happens to the information I submit?
We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you requested one, to generate your report. We do not sell it.
Will you tell me if I do not have a problem worth paying to fix?
Yes. It is the most useful thing an audit can conclude, and saying so is cheaper for us than a client who never sees a result.
